Wild Seed Project – Rewild in 10 Action Steps

June 9, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Whether you live on a farm or in an urban apartment, Wild Seed Project will walk you through how to make positive environmental changes in your own neighborhood. With these 10 action steps, anyone can increase biodiversity, mitigate climate change, safeguard wildlife habitat, and improve soil and water quality. In the fall of 2020 Wild Seed Project launched an initiative that motivates people to take environmental action –– it is called rewilding, and anyone can do it.
This event is free and open to the public! Come join us Thursday, June 9th at 5:00PM in the Callahan Hall at the Lewiston Public Library.
Please email Carolyn at choutz@awsd.org to RSVP.
This presentation is part of the Soil Talk Series, presented by LAWPC and AVSWCD. This series aims to show how soil and water quality are deeply connected, and different ways individuals can take an active role protecting both.
