Forestry in the Watershed Talk Series: Shane Duigan ‘Meet Your District Forester’

The Maine Forest Service has District Foresters who provide technical assistance and educational services to landowners, loggers, schools and educational institutions, municipalities and other stakeholders. Field Foresters conduct educational workshops, field demonstrations, media presentations and can provide limited one-on-one contact with individual landowners.
Shane will dicuss how district foresters can help to meet the needs of landowners while keeping the health of the forest intact and go over various options.
