Cover Cropping for Farmers and Gardeners

Join Jason Lilley from UMaine Cooperative Extension for a presentation on water quality friendly, low erosion management practices, like cover cropping and no-till for farmers and gardeners. There will be a demonstration on root growth for cover crops.

This presentation is part of the Soil Talk Series, presented by LAWPC and AVSWCD. This series aims to show how soil and water quality are deeply connected, and different ways individuals can take an active role protecting both.
